Path of Ease and Grace Seminars

Life contains many ups and downs which help us to grow in soul wisdom and understanding of who we are and why we are here. Imagine having a problem that for example is the size of a six out of ten problem, on a scale of 1-10 where one is very minor and ten is very severe. Our method of dealing with that problem can make a huge difference to our life experience.

When we are presented with a problem, we can inadvertently add to it if we approach it unskilfully.  We can turn a 6 out of 10 problem into a 9 out of ten problem and this will be painful and unpleasant. We can instead minimize our problems and even erase them if we handle it and ourselves, with understanding, skill and a proper application of spiritual law. We can experience a 6 out of 10 problem but with proper handling we can reduce it to a 2 out of 10 problem or even erase it completely, and learn something of value in the process.

This seminar is open to anyone who wants explore body issues for the purposes of self love and health. We will be learning to view our bodies as temples. Getting together with people who are all looking to achieve a similar goal is a wonderful way to support each of us in making beneficial changes in our lives. The goal is to have a radiantly healthy, slim and beautiful body with ease and grace.

This program looks at the mythology of Hinduism as a brilliant tool for understanding the multi-dimensional universe as well as the course of human evolution. Captivating stories which have been passed down for over 5,000 years contain timeless wisdom concerning the nature of inner plane realities. Vedic ways of understanding the heavenly realms shed light upon our own lives. The rich descriptions and symbology contained in the iconic representations of the Divine allow us to glimpse Divine consciousness, the world of the soul and the pitfalls for the unwise.

For there to be peace in the world we need to learn skills that have not yet been mastered: this is clear, if we had, peace would already exist! The spiritual citizen needs to be empowered to bring forth desired change personally and culturally, locally and globally. This seminar looks at the cooperative mode, a simple 8 step guide to peaceful discussion even of difficult issues. We look at moral codes that are relevant to an emerging peaceful world order, and look at a different kind of spiral, one that helps us understand the many needs of the people of the Earth and ourselves. The 8 pillars of Shanti Mission are explored experientially, and deep meditation culminates in helping us to find answers to our most challenging problems now and in the future.

Kabala means “received’. It is a body of esoteric spiritual insight of a profound nature. Its wisdom is intensely practical yet uplifting and transformative at the same time. During this introductory workshop you will be introduced to the tree of life and its ‘fruit’ which are the sephirot; progressive emanations of consciousness and complexity issuing from the Divine void and culminating in the physical experience that we know as life on Earth. The cycles of incarnation and ‘climbing the tree’ to become enlightened, and the steps and stages that we will pass through are dealt with. The subjective experiences of each person may be different, but the essence of what each soul goes through on the long journey home is beautifully, elegantly and powerfully explained by study of the Holy Kabala. This workshop like all of the Higher Guidance seminars draws extensively upon the principles taught in the Path of Ease and Grace, which is based in Kabala in some important respects.

Beyond religion, a look at discipleship, a golden key to spiritual enlightenment; the ancient oral tradition used in East and West. The care, protection, patient and guiding love of the Guru assists the disciple to gain enlightenment. The method is loving kindness and surrender, the outcome is awakened wisdom and power. How it works and its modern relevance is explored conceptually and through discourse and blessing.
