We are commencing an exciting new series of support groups to help people with specific illnesses. Our 3 new specialized support groups will be:

1. for those living with cancer,
2. allergy sufferers
3. Those coping with chronic pain.

Seminars will be run on weekends and each goes for 2 hours. During that time there will be help with meditation and group healing using an energetic healing modality called Ignite Your Spirit Therapy. Ignite your Spirit was developed by Kim Fraser, founder of the Harmony Centre, and is similar to Reiki but she says can be used more specifically to help people recover from particular ailments.
